Attendance-building materials
- Visitor Guides and Brochures to be passed out during the prior year's reunion
- DVD/videos to play on the motorcoach during one of your tours during the prior year letting everyone know what they can expect during the reunion in Newport News
- Postcard mailing approximately two months prior to the reunion from the Newport News Tourism Development Office to your entire membership welcoming them to Newport News
Prior to your reunion:
- Coordinating guest speakers, photographers, entertainers, etc.
- Coordinating a letter from the Mayor
- Assistance in tour itineraries, photographers and entertainers
During your reunion:
- Name Badges and coordinating your logo and attendee's name on them
- Welcome bags for your attendees that include brochures, postcards, coupon books, a Newport News lapel pin, and more
- A Hospitality Table manned by one of our Travel Counselors during your registration to pass out welcome bags and answer any tourism questions your attendees may have
